What kind of manager do I want to be, and what suits me? How do I transition from being an excellent employee to a manager while tackling the intensity of new tasks? How can I take responsibility and effectively drive outstanding results from the people reporting to me? These and other questions are addressed in this workshop.  

The training provides managers with practical tools for self-assessment, helping them identify their natural managerial style and develop critical areas for improvement. Participants will explore the inherent tensions of the role and learn how to lead their teams to continuously improve performance and increase their impact within the organization.

  • **Team Meeting Management:** How to lead effective team meetings, delegate responsibilities to team members, and drive continuous performance improvement. Discussion and practice in groups or plenary sessions.
