Our intervention processes begin with a comprehensive assessment of the current state in the relevant organizational units. We conduct an in-depth analysis of the organizational structure, culture, processes, and challenges faced by managers and employees. Through interviews with managers at various levels, employee surveys, and data analysis, we identify key strengths and weaknesses, gaps, challenges, and strategies for commonly applied solutions. Based on this, we develop a uniquely tailored intervention plan that includes clear goals, measurable milestones, and specific action strategies. This plan is presented to senior management for discussion and approval, highlighting the expected business and organizational value of its implementation.
In leading change processes, we support the organization every step of the way. First, we assist in forming the change leadership team, define roles and responsibilities, and develop a comprehensive communication plan for implementing the change across all organizational levels. We facilitate workshops and strategic sessions for senior executives, support mid-level managers in implementing change within their teams, and provide practical tools to address resistance.
Throughout the process, we continuously measure and evaluate the progress of the change, identify barriers and obstacles, and make real-time adjustments as needed. At the end of the process, we assist in embedding organizational mechanisms to sustain and continue leading the change independently within the organization.
